2. Description of Service

AResumeThatWorks.com provides professional resume writing services, AI-powered resume analysis, job description match analysis, and interview coaching services. The Service includes both free tools (resume analysis, job match scoring) and paid services (professional resume writing, coaching sessions).

3. Use of AI Analysis Tools

Our resume analysis and job description match tools use artificial intelligence to evaluate and score documents. By using these tools, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated analysis scores and recommendations are informational in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of employment outcomes.
• Resume content and job description text you submit will be processed by our AI system for the purpose of generating your analysis.
• You own all content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering your analysis results.
• Job description text submitted to the Job Description Match tool is processed in real time and is not retained beyond your session.

4. Paid Services and Payments

Paid services are subject to the following terms:

• A non-refundable deposit is required to begin resume writing services. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed resume.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable charges.
• Promotional codes and discounts are valid for a single use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. No cash value. No change given. Expires as indicated on the coupon or promotional material.
• Rush service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are final once work has commenced. If you are dissatisfied with your completed resume, we offer one round of revisions at no additional charge, provided the revision request is submitted within 14 days of delivery and is consistent with the original project scope.

Refunds will not be issued for completed work, rush fees, or services where the client has failed to provide required information within a reasonable timeframe.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide accurate and truthful information for resume writing services. We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from information you provide.
• Not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse our AI analysis tools.
• Not use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The resume content we produce for you as part of a paid service is yours upon full payment. All platform code, design, branding, and tooling remains the intellectual property of AResumeThatWorks.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that use of our services will result in employment, interview invitations, or any specific career outcome. Resume writing and analysis are professional tools, not guarantees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AResumeThatWorks.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities or career outcomes.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
