• Job descriptions — text you paste into the Job Description Match tool. This content is used solely to generate your match score and is not stored beyond the duration of your session.
• Email address — collected when you request a full analysis report or opt in to our newsletter. Used to deliver your report and, if opted in, to send career tips and service updates.
• Payment information — processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment details on our servers.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region, collected through Umami Analytics. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

We use the information we collect to:

• Generate and deliver your resume analysis report
• Process payments for purchased services
• Fulfill resume writing and coaching service orders

Resume content submitted for analysis is stored in a secured database for the purpose of delivering and retrieving your report via your unique access token. Job description content used in the Job Description Match tool is processed in memory and is not persistently stored.

• Amazon Web Services (S3) — secure file storage for uploaded documents.
• Umami Analytics — privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics. No personally identifiable data is collected.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.
