With nearly a decade of experience as the Vice President of Operations for one of Ohio’s largest managed care organizations, Joe Mercurio has been on both sides of the hiring table.
He’s interviewed countless candidates and knows the frustrations that both employers and job seekers face. He's seen brilliant candidates get passed over because of poor resumes, and he's seen hiring managers struggle to find talent in a sea of generic applications.
